Her work focuses on navigating cannabis licensing, fostering industry partnerships, and advocating for policy changes that benefit underrepresented entrepreneurs. Through Go Verde Incubator, she has helped launch and scale multiple cannabis businesses, creating pathways for generational wealth in impacted communities. Chonsie is a firm believer that cannabis should be a tool for opportunity, not exclusion—and she’s leading the way to make that a reality.

Tawaina Latrice Wiggins is a trailblazing entrepreneur and social equity advocate in the cannabis industry, with over 10 years of experience as a dispensary owner and business leader. She owns 6th Ave Collective CBD and Wiggins and Partner Services, a paralegal firm supporting businesses and individuals. As CEO of S.P.O.T. (Saving People Of Tomorrow), a nonprofit founded by her late father, she works to provide housing, food, and resources to underserved communities in Compton. Tawaina is a Board Member at Green Haven LA, managing licensing for cultivation, manufacturing, distribution, and retail operations while expanding partnerships with over 40 cannabis brands. Through Go Verde Incubator, she is bringing her social equity cannabis brand to market, ensuring minority entrepreneurs thrive in the legal industry.

COO

Tyler Conteh is the COO of Go Verde Incubator NJ and CEO of High Society NYC Health & Wellness, leading efforts in cannabis cultivation, manufacturing, and transportation across New York and New Jersey. She specializes in assisting social equity applicants, particularly those impacted by cannabis-related incarceration, helping them navigate licensing and business development. With over eight years of experience, she has helped numerous minority, women, and veteran-owned businesses establish themselves in the cannabis industry. As a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA), she applies organizational behavior strategies to improve workforce efficiency and management in high-risk production environments. Originally from California, Tyler has spent the last nine years building strong business ties on both the East and West Coasts, ensuring equitable access to the cannabis industry.

Carmen Jordan is the East Coast Community Liaison and Vice President of Marketing & Brand Development for Go Verde Incubator, dedicated to expanding brand awareness and fostering industry relationships. She plays a key role in connecting entrepreneurs, investors, and community stakeholders, ensuring that social equity businesses have the resources and visibility they need to succeed. With a strong background in marketing and brand strategy, Carmen works to elevate cannabis brands through storytelling, partnerships, and digital outreach. Her passion lies in amplifying minority-owned businesses and ensuring that the cannabis industry remains inclusive, equitable, and community-driven. Carmen’s expertise in building networks and driving engagement makes her an essential part of Go Verde’s expansion on the East Coast.
