She owns 6th Ave Collective CBD and Wiggins and Partner Services, a paralegal firm supporting businesses and individuals. As CEO of S.P.O.T. (Saving People Of Tomorrow), a nonprofit founded by her late father, she works to provide housing, food, and resources to underserved communities in Compton. Tawaina is a Board Member at Green Haven LA, managing licensing for cultivation, manufacturing, distribution, and retail operations while expanding partnerships with over 40 cannabis brands. Through Go Verde Incubator, she is bringing her social equity cannabis brand to market, ensuring minority entrepreneurs thrive in the legal industry.

Tyler Conteh is the COO of Go Verde Incubator NJ and CEO of High Society NYC Health & Wellness, leading efforts in cannabis cultivation, manufacturing, and transportation across New York and New Jersey. She specializes in assisting social equity applicants, particularly those impacted by cannabis-related incarceration, helping them navigate licensing and business development. With over eight years of experience, she has helped numerous minority, women, and veteran-owned businesses establish themselves in the cannabis industry. As a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA), she applies organizational behavior strategies to improve workforce efficiency and management in high-risk production environments. Originally from California, Tyler has spent the last nine years building strong business ties on both the East and West Coasts, ensuring equitable access to the cannabis industry.
